At first, I thought that Rally Chicken’s bad internet habits were of his (her?) own volition, and therefore RC needed to take ownership and responsibility for his/her bad habits. But, at this point, I think we may also need to take a look at the person who is enabling RC by constantly leaving him/her alone with said laptop... :D
