Curious if anyone in oppoworld has experiience with a gen 2 Volt? Looking into future options and wondering if the real world range is accurate without crazy hypermiling. Thank you

Jack White as an older saucy broad is good Jack White.

Don’t know about gen 2 volts. My friends that have gen 1 volts and ELR regularly meet or exceeded the electric range target driving normally with mixed use.

None of this is helpful in finding the answer to your question.

+100 for Electric Six video.

I have nothing to add to the Volt conversation, however.

I’ve test driven one, found that the suspension tuning was incredibly bad to the point of making me slightly nauseous ( way underdamped and undersprung, I’d say), the interior ergonomics just felt off , and the outward visibility was dreadful.

Torque delivery was good, though, so it had that going for it.

Can’t say anything meaningful about range or mileage - it was at 0% when I started the test drive, and I did a couple minutes in Mountain Mode to try to charge the battery.

there’s a 14 with 20k on one of my dealers lots listed for $16k. I’m tempted to give it a whirl.
