I believe this is a ‘29 Model A replica kit. With skeletons in the back seat. Hopefully those are replicas too.

Might not be a kit, looks like it could be a Shay Model A. Those were factory built with Ford’s cooperation using new Pinto drivetrains and were sold through Ford dealerships.
You can usually tell the difference, because most of the kits had really awkward proportions, while the Shays looked pretty much indistinguishable from the real thing, aside from some interior trim details.

Interesting - I remember last time I posted this car (I saw it at the grocery store a while back) that several comments said it looked a Shay. What I didn’t realize is that the Shay Model A had anything official to do with Ford, which is why I called it a replica kit. Neat!

It was a cool project, Ford even honored their factory warranty on the drivetrain.
Shay also did a reproduction of the original Thunderbird that was also pretty spot on, but not quite as exact as the Model A.
