A friend of mine had one of these with an auto back when they were new. It was the most boring machine I’ve ever driven. I’ve never seen a car with less character, or felt one that had less steering feedback. It managed to make even burnouts seem boring. That said, it was a fine appliance.

I’d rock it, the first car I ever drove on an actual road was a beige Camry of that gen. That V6 is actually a good engine, I bet it’s pretty peppy when it’s not dragged down by an old slushbox.
If I had it I’d want to stance it tho. Imagine a Camry like that with smooth metal flared fenders, and BBS LMs, or Work VSKFs. Or some Kranze

My friend did this to his Camry - cornering limits went up but the steering was still numb and spongy.
Don’t know if it was just his car but the Camry bottomed out over nearly every speed bump, and it wasn’t lowered more than half an inch.
