I know you were all thinking that it had been a while since I posted about the Vespa. Sadly, it has been neglected. Of all my projects, it is the closest to “done,” and would cost the least money to get there. But Cressida and T Bird loom large in my thoughts these days, and in my wallet as well. I want to get my wife body and paint on the Cressida for X-Mas, I would love to do interior on the T Bird to reward one son for good grades, and a nice drone for the other for his 4.0.

If I am being totally honest, the Vespa has been neglected. I have not been riding, and I have lagged on the needed oil change and tune up.

I blame Trump for my general malaise. Or Obama. Or Hillary. Or Mike Pence. I forget who I am blaming today.

Well that is ok. The Vespa is your second toy, while the other cars are their first and your first and foremost toy runs. I wouldn’t worry about letting it sit more than usual. The Vespa would be easy to pick back up and I am sure quick to service. If it has to take a back seat till after the holidays then so be it.

Congrats on the good grades and such.

Now just think about getting to drive around the capitol and with lovely people and their great cars.

It happens. My scooter has been sitting for weeks. I’m probably just going to drain the gas and change the oil and throw it on the trickle charger for winter. The RallyMetro has eaten up all my extra time and extra moneys. Gonna ask for a new scooter exhaust for Christmas. Tonight my buddy brought over his 50cc Zuma to leave in my garage for a while. His garage is tiny, and he just bought a 125cc Zuma. He gets more space, and I at least get to ride SOMETHING in the meantime. Of course it’s been raining for 48 hours, so I couldn’t ride tonight.
