I think I’d want about 33.3% less stories and 50% more garage and driveway. Or, keep the top floor but turn the entire bottom floor into garage.

I would keep the 2 upper floors. Bottom floor would be all garage and shop, second floor would be bedrooms, and the top floor would be the liver area.

I don’t know that I’ve ever liked the look of a garage door taking up that big a percentage of the front facade, I mean, on a tight urban lot, you do what you have to. But, it would be nice if back alleys were still a thing.

Okay, so I thought the exterior was unfinished, until it finally dawned on me that it’s supposed to look like that . Hoo boy.
But despite construction-chic siding, the thing that bothers me the most about this house is the white door to the patio on the second floor. It looks like primer and that window is stupid. How are you supposed to get blinds for that??

Looks cool. I bet it costs at least $750,000 to have a home like that! Where is the grass? Those electric lines going to the house are unsightly. How do you get up to the front door? I hope its through the garage only. I hate door to door salesmen!

Dear lord it’s so horrible. It’s like no one can decide on a type of siding/brick facade, so they just pick all of them. At least this house is lacking the requisite minimum 3,341 gables.
