This is super relevant to my interests. I want to turbo charge my ‘93 F150 at some point down the road

It is probably easier for me because it was a carbed engine to start with. But I know you can do mirco/mega squirt with the EFI versions. For the rest of it, the hardest parts were being patient enough to make the up-pipe and down-pipe.

Yea, I haven’t dug into it too much yet, but I figured the EFI version would be a bit tougher to work with. Though it’s OBDI, so I think it’s a lot easier to work around. I love your project though. You still planning on replacing it with a 2JZ though?

I am, yeah. I am looking forward to the swap actually. I am slowly buying all the parts that I want to put on the 2JZ before I put it between the frame rails.
My goal is to go from 300 to 2JZ in less than a week once I start the swap.
If you get into throwing a turbo on your 300 and have any questions, just let me know.

You’re running FITech, eh? Any issues so far? I want that cost-effective EFI but the Chinese-ness makes me nervous...

Not a single problem so far. It has been very easy to work with, it is a pretty simple product to set up.

I’d be interested to know how well it holds up over time. Looks promising, for sure!
