I find it pretty weird, as I never seen it in the US. For obvious reasons. Still, why would you want to move from Europe to America? I know Americans who found various places in Europe more attractive than America. Even I’m thinking about remaining in Spain.
Not to mention that all the “bests” from the picture are debatable. Very debatable.

If by ‘job’ you mean working for minimum wage or less doing menial labor while customers disparage you for not having done enough for yourself to not be working that position, then you are correct the US has a lower unemployment rate.

Hell, I’m an American, and if I had the money, I’d be on the next plane to Monaco or Liechtenstein (or Switzerland, if residency proved too difficult). Nothing to do with the current administration, I’ve always felt that way.

Unemployed rates are a little high, but were higher. But the economy is doing great, and with a hard Brexit on the horizon, Spain has the chance to take its place as a EU’s western bridge head, and preferable hub for those moving from EU to US and the other way around.
