Last week, I was put on leave because my company is between contracts and won’t have work for several weeks. Since I’m having to burn vacation to have a paycheck, I figured this is a great time to do a little job hunting.

To my surprise, one of my contacts came through for me and I landed an informal interview tomorrow!

[Update] The Oppo bump is real! I’m moving on to a second interview as soon as the person gets back from sick leave. She didn’t want to share her flu. I’m happy to wait for it!
