Looks gorgeous and drives great, but now on to the complaints:
- online-only bullshit that made me redo 10 boring driving school events because Comcast dropped out. Why not save locally and sync later!?
- Is this a game or an eye test? They could have at least used size 6 font or bigger. Not everyone sits one foot away from their 100" TV’s
- Jeebus, the loading times, for real
Fucking Comcast, I can’t even post this because it keeps disconnecting.

My biggest beef with the PS4 and why I went to the Xboner camp was the lack of trigger vibrations which made driving without ABS a guessing game. Forza isn’t perfect, but at least I have some tactile reminder as to whether or not my brakes are locking up.

Online only bullshit? I know this is just the demo, but can you expand? If this game requires almost all play to be online, then I probably won’t be buying it.

I’m having Comcast problems and the beta crashes on me quite a bit, so it’s probably not a fair evaluation.
However, they appear to lock out a lot of stuff when you’re offline. After the last crash, my results had been saved, so at least it does seem to keep some local saves.
This always online thing really brings out the curmudgeon in me.

Yeah, Comcast aside, I just hope it doesn’t focus too much on online. I kind of figured that the demo would try and emphasize the online play since that’s what’s so popular with the youths nowadays. However, some old curmudgeons like me still prefer offline play. So I’m hopeful but I know I’ll have to wait until the full release to find out what’s truly what.
