I’ve got friends and coworkers in Santa Rosa, they were all evacuated, not sure of the status of their homes. My friend and former neighbor had just purchased a Model S on Saturday, I hope they took that to SF.

I used to work up in the area. It’s chilling to think that some of the neighborhoods and buildings I would pass on my way to work or while running various errands now lie in ashes.

I think the crazy part is just how fast it spread. Fire sure moves WAY quicker than most people expect. Fire is not to be fucked with!

Thats like a firenado! I dont quite understand the geography that leads to such severe winds in California. Ive seen it in LA too, shit is scary since its otherwise calm 90% of the time.
