Just pulled this lasagna out of the oven to cool before it goes in the fridge overnight. Looking forward to eating it tomorrow afternoon.
Best part? This thing is wheat and corn free, but you’d never know. That’s important to several of my friends and family who have wheat/corn allergies.

I have a brother that has a milk and egg allergy. It’s amazing how hard it is to find food for him.

Fantastic! Sometimes I even freeze bricks for dinners down the road. Lasagna is one of the best meals there is.
