Who else is buying Gran Turismo Sport so I can justify playing it for a year before finally accepting the game didn’t live up to any of its hype and store a wasted $60 back on a shelf?
Thanks to my free trial for Amazon Prime, I only paid $47.99 for the standard copy. The same goes for Kingdom Hearts 3! God knows when that’s going to come out...

I signed up for an amazon credit card like 2 years ago and pre ordered it for only about $11 with the $50 price savings from signing up for the card. At that price, it’ll be worth it! Not sure if I’d pay $60.

I did the same thing with GT6!
It’s really sad, honestly. No other racing game comes close to being able to boast about its physics (even if they may not be considered the best) and have base of players who range from hardcore fans to casual and easygoing all while racing as cleanly as possible.
In GT6 I made good friends with a lot of folks who I only wanted to just have a good time racing with, despite having nothing else in common. I couldn’t find that kind of environment in Assetto Corsa, and the last time I played that game was in late July or early August.

I bought a G29 when I built my PC for Assetto Corsa and it’s been nice.
Assetto Corsa, not so much as the game doesn’t have a great environment for making friends for clean and casual racing.

GT just leaves so many options open for people who want to be (relatively) serious sim racers, or just do some silly bullshit. Or both. Where else can you race NASCAR at the ‘Ring at night in the rain, VW buses on a rally course and Super GT race cars at Spa in the same game?
