We have been told not to take issue with the other Kinja blogs in our posts here. It is, however, difficult to comply when excrement from those sources is shoved in our faces via anonymous shares. There is, as I write this, a shared post from The Root on Oppositelock that calls for assassination of the president. Since I am unable to email any of you directly about this matter, I am requesting, via this post, that one of you please remove this vile garbage from our community and that you take action to do the same whenever you encounter such insanity here in the future.

If someone thinks that a post from somewhere else is worth discussing, they should, oh I don’t know, make an Oppo post to discuss it. It’s incredibly frustrating when someone spams a post here repeatedly, and it’s to a blog where most of us don’t have commenting privileges. They should make their own post to try and open up a dialogue.
There’s a lot of stuff out there that’s worth talking about, but whoever keeps spamming Oppo with direct shares is going about it all wrong.
