Takes me back.

When ex-girlfriends past their driving test. They’d come to me and I’d take them through a few things so they got comfortable with driving.

We’d go through the finer points of ‘biting points’ and clutch control, hill starts, motorway manners and etiquette, listening to the engine and what it’s telling you, etc... then for fun we’d do hand brake turns or gravel.

All of the unpaved roads around me, with a few exceptions, are sand. Fun is always had.
