This is how you give a car back to a paying customer? Grease all over my floor mat, sides of the footwell, sill, and door carpeting. Did they not have those paper floor protectors? Oh, and thanks for stalling it once, maybe twice.
Needless to say I went right back in and told them to clean it. The guy was apologetic and whatever they used on it did a pretty good job... initially... and then it dried and returned to normal color. You could still see some dirt so I had to give it another cleaning.

People complain when my parents shop is more expensive then firestone(not quite dealer pricing but definitely closer). This is why. We actually care about our customers and their cars.

Don’t go there again, and tell their manager that they lost business because of their carelessness. Or don’t, I always get angry and think I’m gonna tell people off, and then don’t tell them off because I don’t like holding on to shitty feelings for that long

But still... Even the discount Pep Boys trade school students use the paper sheets. Firestone is a “name brand” tire place that should be able to do a quality tire repair job.

Definitely not going back. Already gave a very honest review with picture on Google and sent an email through their “contact us” page. No matter what business you’re in, you do everything you can so that your customer doesn’t leave unhappy or worse off than when they came in.

Lol exactly, I only associate Firestone with tires that randomly explode causing you and your family to die. I would never in my life buy Firestone anything.
