How do I get the Hoonigan Pack in Forza 7???

I have the Ultimate Edition, and it says I’ve already entered my code, but none of the Hoonigan cars are available for purchase.

I also only see the Horizon 3 Hoonigan pack available on the marketplace, but not the Forza 7 version.
