Welcome back to Formula Oppo, Oppositelock’s only semi-weekly romp with FIA legality planks. This week we bounce to Louisville for a visit that doesn’t involve the FBI. So, let’s get on with it, shall we.
Last time on Formula Oppo, this happened. Lewis Hamilton nabbed the pole in front of Kimi and the Red Bull duo. Vettel could only sit back and watch. He started last. However, Kimi didn’t even get to start the race. Hamilton got off to a great start, but Verstappen soon got the better of Lewis and never looked back. Ricciardo pipped Bottas and found himself in 3rd. Meanwhile Vettel came surging up from the back and eventually worked his way up to 4th. This is where his charge died.
This week we head to Louisville for another headline fight. The title bought isn’t quite over yet. Lewis only needs to finish higher than Seb every race from here on out. But, with Red Bull’s resurgence, things could get a little fighty at the front. Oh, yeah, it’s on, motherfuckers.
