I’m going to say this was a person acting alone and not actually connected to the IS. It doesn’t seem like a very coordinated attack on anything except that one initial police officer. And given they didn’t mention the race of the guy involved at all my guess is he’s just a disenfrachised white male, like most of the wannabe terrorists in Canada. It sucks for the handful of people who were hurt and their families, but I see no reason to make a big deal about this story.
