My html panel can’t be seen, I can only add photos when posting. When I pulled up the site on Chrome, I just saw this, and that’s all I see now on my big boy computer - my face is gone:
Used to see my face, and that pulldown permitted me to post. No longer. WTF?
At any rate, no more editing panel, and even the photo add button doesn’t follow me down when I scroll. Does any of this make sense?

There was a tiny photo (as you see above) when I was signed in - it’s gone. Perhaps b/c that photo is from 2004 - Kinja just got tired of it?

Are you zoomed in? Because if you’re zoomed in too far, it’ll switch to mobile mode. (The threshold, I believe, is if the width for the page is 980 px or less.)

I deleted my post. My anxiety made me too scared to keep it up.

That was before I was a lawyer. Owned the house, rented out the basement. She took over a phone line I had for dialup (remember that?) and it got difficult. I just told her I’d do anything to help her, but she had to go in 30 days - also did it in writing. No lease, month-to-month, so I did it right. Still, she trashed some things on moveout.
