Didn’t know the Altima evolved into the Mustang

I think that the S197 is aging really well. Particularly the 2005-2009.

would’ve been better if it said Accord instead of Camero :p

It really is. I have a huge soft spot for clean, unmolested ones, since I was 5 when they launched them, and I remember drooling over them on dealer lots (not literally, I feel I should mention, since I was 5)

Okay.

1. As much as I love your GT, I think I love the 2005 just a little bit more, there’s something special about them to me.

2. LOL at the “Camero” license plate.

I liked them ever since the beginning too. My grandpa has a 2008 GT convertible. The only thing I don’t like about his compared to mine (a 2014) is the interior. Ford nailed the exterior styling.

The trouble is and will be more and more finding an unmolested example to buy second-hand. A quick search of CarGurus shows individuals for sale such as this:

I still want to congratulate Ford on just nailing the evolution. Just modern enough without straying of its roots.

I thought it elvolved from an accord

Well, all cars evolved from the Accord

I think the 2005-2009 look like cheap plastic toys. The only one I like is the Bullitt

All Mustangs have that problem. Foxbodies are especially hard to find unmodded.

Having owned an ‘06 vert, I agree. The best years of the S197 were 2011-2014 when the 5 liter was reintroduced.

i think the V6 design is better than the V8. the lack of lower trim makes it look smaller and cleaner
