What about pudding? Also you just reminded me its been too long since I made dirty rice. Lastly I miss fried rice that has the bits of bbq pork in it. Since moving to utah I have never had a regular chinese fast food spot to frequent and this makes me sad.

Jasmine isn’t even a type of rice it’s a flower added for flavor - but the rice could be anything. Don’t give me no Uncle Ben’s Jasmine.
But Indian (Himalayan) basmati is the ish - aged and the longer the rice the better.
