I should’ve switched to them, but I was scared finance would fuck it up and not pay me for 6 months. Now I get payed from the VA and have rent to pay so I’m even more scared of switching banks.

I won’t do business with any other banks. USAA’s operating procedure is outstanding. They ascribe to the Austrian economic methodology. They would rather a customer not take bad debt than make a loan sale.

I would, but I’m paid by the VA (and previously the Army) and I’m 85% sure they’d screw it up and not pay me for like 6 months.
