Apparently it was a MKIV Supra prototype, looks like a Mazda to me but someone on OPPO probably knows more about it then I do.

It looks like a BMW prototype.
I’m thrown off by the logo. It looks like “MG” lol

Looks like its what a 1g dsm, a fd rx7 and a mk4 Supra would look like if they all morphed together

I’ve seen that picture before, apparently it’s sitting in the Toyota museum, but there were a few different proto designs for the MK4

Badge looks like an updated version of the old model badge:
As for the prototype-ness, two things:
1. The picture is in the Toyota museum. There’s a gen 1 Supra behind it and a Soarer next to it.
2. The greenhouse is almost exactly the same as the one that ended up on the JZA80.

The thin pillared faux hardtop apparent Soarer prototype looks interesting, too.

All I’m able to find about it is it’s sitting at the Toyota museum in California. From what I can gather this is an earlier styling MkIV Supra prototype before the styling direction shifted toward what became the actual car.
Here are a some links:
An Oppo post with a few styling mockups, one of which is close to this prototype.
A forum thread with a few more pictures of assorted Supra MkIV development.
A few more pictures of this prototype in the Toyota museum.
