Meepster has an acceleration issue:

It has an intermittent Slight stumble on half to full throttle acceleration between 3k-3500 Rpm. I’ve been running the recommended 93 octane gas, and I haven’t changed my driving style at all.

For those who don’t for those who don’t know, Meepster is a 2015 jeep renegade sport front wheel drive 1.4 turbo six speed manual. 37k miles.

Any ideas?

Have you tried giving it an Italian tune-up?

Kinja'd!!!

It’s Italian. I wind it out to redline regularly and I cruise between 75-80 mph on the highway.

Was a ground connection when I had 2500-3500 power loss in a honda. but it was old at the time. but the ground from the head to chassis can do this. yours isn’t old enough to be cruddy. my two cents
