One of my outgoing classmates has passed away last night after she collapsed on the field during a soccer game Saturday night, she was taken to Hasbro Children’s Hospital where she was later pronounced dead from a brain aneurysm while taking a penalty kick. My entire school community is mourning her death as she was one of the most known, and successful people in our school community. She will be missed.

Really hate to hear that. Brain issues aren’t a joke. Definitely learned that when I had a stroke a few weeks ago. Condolences to her family and friends.

This is a sad story. I am sorry for you & your community’s loss. From reading just a bit of that story it seems she was a good person.
My wife went through a similar situation a few years ago. She had worked in daycare and one of the children she occasionally babysat for and was good friends with his mother. At age 7 he was boarding a bus to go home, felt dizzy, went to the hospital, died that night. An autopsy showed he had a fast growing cancer on his brain no one would have known about.
I share this to say there are others who have felt the same during similar times.
Again, sorry for your loss and I can agree, love the ones you are with.

Sorry to hear... From my experience God only takes the good ones home early.
All the kids that died when I was in high school, were some of the best. I lost 2 good friends to car accidents. The kids that were bully’s, ones that would drink and drive every weekend, had accidents but walked away everytime.
I’ve had similar experiences in adulthood too.
