Six Rocks.
Yesterday my wife and I celebrated our 6 year anniversary with a day trip to Asheville. We recreated some moments from our short honeymoon up there in 2011, and had a great time.
We had a picnic lunch next to Davidson Creek near Sliding Rock
Drove the Parkway with the roof out
Went on the LaZoom comedy tour,
And ate at Zambra, a delicious Tapas bar.
Also visited Green Man brewery. This is one of my new favorites: a nice, citrusy hop in this brew:
Also saw a bunch of Porsches on the parkway and 276 near Brevard

Congratulations! 9/23 is a great day to get married (my anniversary, too).
And Zambra’s makes very tasty food, and is one of our favorites places there. Our must visit place when in Asheville is Posana’s on Pack Square - entire menu is gluten-free, but you would never know.

Asheville is a great place take the wife on an anniversary. Grandparents go up to Asheville every year. They always take their Mercedes sl up there and always take some really curvy backroads too :)

We had the sesame-crusted scallops, hanger steak with garlic potatoes, and crispy tofu with hummus. The steak was amazing.
Then we stopped at chocolate fetish for dessert.

Congrats, we hit Asheville but mostly Waynesville for our anniversary this past summer. The cider places in and around Asheville were killer.
