200+ human-powered vehicles on one track, four classes (basically, adults, all under 19, all under 16, and an Australian year 6/7 (~11-13 years old I think?) class) with some sub-classes. For 24 hours.

I hate that the first thing I thought of is: “needs a 2-stroke motor”.

No, really, I see some designs from Shell Eco-Marathon and I often think that if the car is upscaled, fitted HVAC and got a Hayabusa motor it’d make for a great street racing car.
