Fun note: as I don’t see the crank for the rear window, either he’s got it out or the rear window is an electric one. Hard to tell with graininess which. The Falcon station wagon’s hole and boss for the window winder is covered over on the Ranchero with the big steer’s head badge.
That appears to be a ‘65 by the rear lights - identical to a ‘64 except for those and the grill, which has a bar through the middle.

I’m offended that you recognize how grainy my photo is. I had no idea about what the steer’s head badge was for, so that’s pretty neat.
