Start at 3:40 if the link does not. Basically the cop in an unmarked car pulls to the curb, slows, then makes a left turn across the road without indicating, all the while the driver behind him attempts a legal (in some states) pass.

What a total dick.
One he should of indicated to the kerb (because there was other traffic on the road),
two he should of indicated that he was going to make a further manoeuvre, in this case to the left to signal his intention to make a U-turn,
three he should of waited till the road was clear for him to make the manoeuvre safely,
four, he must of made another rapid manoeuvre to catch up with him so quickly,
five, there is no such thing as courtesy when pulling into a driveway other than to slow down to the rate of the vehicle making the manoeuvre until the vehicle is no longer an obstruction to your journey or it is safe to manoeuvre around the vehicle (which the camera car did).
But mostly, that cop needs to get over the badge that he seems to think grants him the power to do what ever he wants. If you can’t handle the position of authority or you use the position of authority for your own gains, then you should not be in a position of authority.

I had a maroon crown vic slam on it’s brakes in front of me while driving through downtown Phoenix a few weeks ago on a one lane one way street. I started to honk, but two guys jumped out in bullet proof vests with holstered guns and cuffs. They both just looked at me. I gave them the hands in the air “da fuq” gesture, but they just left their car in the road and walked towards a house. I had to reverse down the street to get to the next road. I assumed they were cops, but I guess they could have been hitmen.

“Sir, can I ask you a favor? The next time you turn into a driveway without signaling, could you please do it from the lane of travel instead of the opposite curb?”

I would like to think I would be cocky with the camera/mic running, but I probably wouldn’t have.

IMO, the driver of the camera-car backed down a little too quickly on the “driving in the middle of the road” matter. He wasn’t weaving, he was PASSING the Taurus, which was (by lack of indication) pulling over to the curb. The driver of the camera-car had no reason to think otherwise until the cop swerved in front of him.
