It’s been a long week at work, but there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Just got the motherboard for my PC so I’ll be working on that Saturday. Going from a Asus z170M to a Asus ROG Strix Z270G, so now I have a spot for an m.2 card and SLI support for when I get another GTX 1080. Going to be a full tear-down since while I’m in there I wanted to clean up my wiring and the routing for my water-cooler.

I have a friend.
He moved his motherboard to a different case.
Something broke in the process.
He spent months diagnosing an overheat-shutdown issue.
I work with computers all day.
I don’t like computers. They break for no reason.
I’ll be out in the car this weekend :)
