Along with debit/credit cards (cancelled, some desperate fuck out for money tried to use one of the cards) and my SSN card (fucking dumb, right?) So I placed a fraud alert on my credit report and now I get to call ReachNow and my work for replacement cards.

Oh man the social security card is supposed to be locked away somewhere like your birth certificate and other legal docs. Probably mostly for this reason haha. But I guess theres only so much they can do with that, hopefully the criminal ended up just throwing it away. But also, if the card was used in a store, someone should be able to find video footage and track the guy/girl down.
Anyways, day is much better than yesterday after getting 10 hours of sleep last night versus less than 4 (non consecutively) on a plane the night before. I vow to avoid red-eyes from here on out!

Only if you choose life to be that way. If I am required to do anything after 5pm, I am getting paid ridiculous overtime money. Otherwise my life from 5pm-10pm every day, all weekends, and every other Friday, and like 11 holidays, plus ~2.5 weeks of vacation time are all mine to do whatever. Being an adult means actually making your schedule rather than being told YOU MUST DO THIS OR ELSE YOU FAIL. Sure I have to continue to show up to work, but I dont have to be up at 3AM on a Saturday studying for some damn final or working on a project due monday morning.

Damn. Last time I had my wallet stolen, I dropped it in a store. I was out to my car and realized it. Like 5 min was all it took for the cash to be taken and the wallet cast aside. I was lucky the cash was the only thing taken so that I didn’t have to do what you’ve just had to do.

Same thing happened to me after a night of drinking in Baltimore. Had a transient come up and give me some dap and try to hug me, didn’t realize he was rolling me for my stuff. After cancelling my cards (same night) and getting a new license and SS card (dumb dumb dumb) I got my wallet back in the mail two weeks later, minus $2 and a condom. I’ve never been so lucky since.
