Kinja'd!!!

Early 2nd generation Camaro. (split-bumper) Why? Look inside...

GM said themselves they actually had time and finally had quite a bit of money to develop this car. Unlike the first generation, which was a quickly done job, they made this thing longer, wider, and lower; declaring it now, ”...a real driver’s car....”

I like the split bumper. The gaping rectangle, where you feed it the children...

Kinja'd!!!

The interior that retains individual round dial gauges in their little places (very similar to my likes #3 )

Kinja'd!!!

And of course, if I ever wanted to make a blown super-sled, it would probably be done with this car.

Kinja'd!!!

...but injected.

FYI, only the top one is a “true” split bumper. The others are one-of-none.

I like the true RS with the correct rubber nose and turn signals or a standard full bumper but I don’t really care for the look of the shorty bumpers on a standard nose. That’s why I still have the full bumper on my ‘71.

Round foglights vs square foglights is how you tell?

Two lights (headlight + driving light next to each other) vs one (headlight only)

EDIT: yeah that’s another way of saying what i just said.

Yes.

If it has round turn signals up high, that’s an RS valence. Not sure what the market is now, but many people used to go “fake RS” because it was way cheaper.
