Speaking of changing things up, I was held up by a 135i doing 10-under the limit and who felt the need to slow down to 15 mph to turn onto every road. To his/her credit, the driver did properly signal for every maneuver, so kudos to him/her.
Probably the least stereotypical BMW driver I’ve faced.

I probably would have gone insane doing that. I get mildly annoyed at people only doing 5 over the limit, much less anything under it. This is on two lane (one each direction) roads with double yellows. And if your tires arent about to screech while going around the turn, you arent going fast enough!
