Biggest problem will be engine oil cooler and intake manifolds. But they’ve probably been done by now. Oil cooler is in the valley and pukes oil. Intake manifolds have shut off flaps with linkages for those flaps, the pivots on the linkage wear out over time. It’s a complicated and labor intensive job, and the intakes aren’t cheap. Aside from that, it’s a great car and great engine. If it was done more than 3-4 years ago it will probably need to be done again because it will have the old style seal. Since then the seals have been updated and don’t usually come back.
Service history with decent oil and filter are important also as the engine can sludge up if they go to jiffy lube a thousand miles late for every service.
Trans should have been serviced three times by that mileage, but they’re pretty solid, so honestly if it’s had even one I wouldn’t be too concerned.
Other things to look out for are front upper and lower ball joints, and front lower control arm bushings.
As always, get a pre purchase inspection done by someone who is familiar with these.

Easily. If it needs that work. But if it’s been done you’re good to go. It should be easy for someone to figure out during a PPI.
