Made a stir fry with chicken, potatoes, broccoli, carrots, snow peas with onion, garlic, and basil seasoning over rice. It actually turned out great. It could use some kind of sauce though.

My S10 3rd brakelight keeps melting, so instead of replacing a $15 part and burned out bulbs, I went the cool way to add LEDs for $5!

If you look closely on top the left light my lens was starting to melt for the 3rd time.

Looks cool with LEDs and really lights up at night. Next I want some Anzo LED tail lights :)

Nice job on both!

Hmm.... maybe a light drizzle of something, though I am not sure what.

Looks good. I should make a pun here about light cuisine, but I won’t.

There are lots of bottled sauces in your Chinese food section at the store, orange sauce, hoisin, sweet and sour, etc. but don’t put in as much as they tell you. As just to taste. But it also works if you put in a little soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.

You can ;D

Might try that next time. I try to keep the salt / MSG to a minimum.

Go with low sodium soy and don’t add salt. You don’t need it. You don’t need msg either.

If you want a simple sauce, typically a mix of Japanese soy sauce (like Kikkoman)/rice vinegar/sesame oil along with sugar or honey (basically anything that will add sweetness, I’ve even used maple syrup) will be a solid base. I typically add garlic/ginger to the sauce itself since I put it through a garlic press (so it’s all finely mushed and mixes evenly into the sauce mixture). I usually mix all of this into a bit of chicken stock just to help dilute the salt of the soy sauce.

This also works as a great marinade for beef since it’s not too far off the taste you get from Korean BBQ - I’ve used it to make slow-cooked short ribs and marinated flank steak stir fries.

Also, use low-sodium soy since it’s salty enough. You add very, very little sesame oil since it can easily overpower the taste. Otherwise, add stuff to your taste - if I have it, I love using lemongrass, too.

Or, honestly, just buy a couple of different bottles of teriyaki sauce and see how they taste. Homemade is better but I do enjoy my local store-brand of teriyaki sauce.

Could get some Phillips LED taillight bulbs? They are the first legally street legal LED bulb I know of for taillights (although the packaging lists that as only being when used in certain vehicles)...at any rate, I have some in my Accent to replace the stock brake/tail bulbs and man are the brakelights bright. VERY noticeable difference when you stab the middle pedal!

Might try that. but my taillights are so dull, even sanding and polishing dont do any good.
