After buying my one textbook, I had some extra cash from my financial aid disbursements

www.valorebooks.com

Always look for the “alternative” versions. Trust me.

It wasn’t really a textbook per se, but it was merely a book that was required by my online course. Let’s just say professors that make their own textbooks for class are the best.

Been there. I refuse to pay $250 for a book, when I can get the same book in Indian Subcontinent version for $20. New. Just keep it in mind for later.

I prefer just downloading a PDF from Library Genesis.

RR64 kinda sucks. Lots of potential but has the damn 90's-era checkpoint clock that you can’t turn off and runs out sometimes even when you’re in first. I own it anyway.

True, but it was also $1.99. I might as well, right?

Oh definitely. Prices aren’t in your image. I think I paid $14.99 for mine and was a bit disappointed at that price.

The most expensive game I bought just now was Super Mario 64, which was about $30. I think that’s the only N64 game I’d consider getting new, just because it’s my favorite game of all time.

I’d say OoT is my favorite game of all time and if my cartridge breaks I’ll be paying a lot for another without thinking twice. I recently paid $30 for StarFox64 just because it isn’t exactly easy to find. I paid a bit of a premium to buy at a local retro gaming store. I’m OK with that for 2 reasons. One is there is no risk of getting a bad cartridge or damaged one in the mail. Two, it supports a cool local business. Seriously that place is like Valhalla. I love that I can go down there and play basically any game from NES through Wii.

Also this me right now. If you have a PC or system that will do Sonic Mania it is well worth the $20. I’ve been playing this for like 2 weeks straight and still haven’t found all the hidden stuff.

Your collection requires Vigilante 8 1 and 2. Because it’s awesome.
