Every Cars & Coffee event should have a requirement that a race prepped Jaguar be in attendance. I wish I got a better look at it, but I had my two little 2 year old tornadoes with me.
The next best thing there was this spotless Volvo P1800. These cars are a serious contender for my next fun car, probably in like 16 year when the boys go off to college...

There’s a ‘90s XJS V12 for sale at a shop I used to frequent. $24k, fully restored. Allegedly will run for years with just routine maintenance since it’s a later Ford-era model. If I had the money I’d manual-swap it and install independent throttle bodies and equal-length exhaust headers, restoration-be-damned. Then I’d drive it forever.
Oh, and it’s a convertible too. So everybody would know who’s responsible for the live music coming out of the exhaust pipes.

Not really. A lot of vehicles of it’s kind make it to the U.S., along with Holland, Germany, etc...
It’d be an inexpensive piece of history, ready to race, etc...

Found some more for you.
It was also in Practical Performance Car Magazine Issue 95.
Judging by the tax disc on the lower left of the windscreen I’d say it left our shores before early 2014 (red disc). The tax disc was abolished in October 2014 though you’ll see some with ‘month/2015' as that’s when the purchased one would expire.
