I mean, I don’t live somewhere that I get to see Ferraris and Lamborghinis, like, ever. But that doesn’t mean I dont’ see a white Camry with a Landau top! Or a Mexican Tiguan! Come on, this is all I got.

Kinja'd!!!

Kinja'd!!!

And last but not least, this was my view this morning:

Kinja'd!!!

This is why I’m okay with living in Boringville sometimes. I went out on the lake last night and sat in the middle by myself for about an hour, with almost no sounds but loons, no wind, no boats, no distractions. Maybe a cigar... it wasn’t terrible.

Happy Monday!

Because we know the car has one we can safely assume this one has it in the front bumper.

Amazingly, they escaped not only The Dent, but also the Camry Hanging Exhaust that I see on 90% of Camrys over 5 years old. I don’t know what they make their exhaust hangers from, but discarded spaghetti noodles doesn’t seem to be working out too well.

I like your morning view.

The Solstice has been aging gracefully, and they are holding their values frustratingly well.

I know. I think it’s a foodservice worker at the University and they get in at like, 4:00am. But there are large corner spots in almost every lot on campus, because no one can be bothered to design a parking lot precisely enough.

The best part is at the other end of that row, there’s an area that COULD BE a spot, but it’s X’d over because it’s not really full-width. People park there all winter because the lines are gone, and it’s no problem at all. I can’t fathom how that happened.

It’s my view only for a few days, but my house has a good view, too. Just no water.

And yeah I can’t say I see a lot of those things around, but I think it will only look better over time.

The GXP has aged pretty nicely on the outside.

The interior on the other hand looks like a bad knock-off of an MK4 Supra - and equally dated. Downright terrible if you are unfortunate to have the black and grey combo.

But I’ve always thought these could be a fun little project. The Ecotech is a seriously nice engine.

Re: Morning View

How do you get to the small runabout when you want to use it?

Most of the time we paddle a kayak out to it, then leave the kayak tied to the mooring. If it’s a hot day you can walk out there, it’s not deep. I also like to use an old windsurfer (think stand up paddleboard, but free).

I live in a small town In West Virginia. I see 458s weekly, and we had an ACR, M5, GTR, and 997 turbo s at our autocross yesterday.
