The Falcon could have the 144 (2.4) six shooter. The Lima 2.3 was 140cid so it’s close. A Lima 2.3 would be a good swap. Same power, fewer cylinders.

Yeah, but... why? Not like Ford small sixes are hard to find. If anything, put a 200 in it, not a four with less torque than the 144.

Good point. Maybe they had some junk laying around? It almost looks like it’s still rolling on 13" wheels. Torque may not be high on the list of priorities.
