And is it more annoying than Manhatten, Queens, Hackensack or Yonkers?
It can’t be as annoying as Hackensack or Yonkers. Those places just sound like they have to be more annoying.

Trust me - we looked at apartments in Brooklyn before deciding to buy the one we’re in ... apartment prices ridiculous, annoying families with $800 strollers, and commutes that are, in many cases, ridiculously long. Someone at work mentioned today that Brooklyn’s living costs are higher than even San Francisco. And Park Slope. Goddamn brownstones.

I see here you could own an entire castle for $3M canadian (so like 1.7M american) Although it is way the hell out in rural Parkland somewhere.

The one thing going for that Brooklyn townhouse is that the lower floor is a rental property. I can imagine Brooklyn rent is nuts.
$3m is still crazy though.
