Well, what I was hoping would be a nice, even day just gave me a kick square in the feels. Grant Hart, drummer of Minneapolis band Husker Du, has died, apparently of cancer.
I’m of the opinion that you don’t be sad about this shit, but remember how good someone/something was. For me, the best was their live version of Eight Miles High, a song originally done by The Byrds, and done by Husker Du in only the way they could.
