A little more complicated than that due to the advance of (average) 1.25 days per year, not 1 day. Given a long enough life, more frequently than every seven (every 5.6), but with skips when it otherwise would come up.
Still not as complicated as finding out how often a month in a year will have five of a specific day - worked that one out one time.
