My buddy just put chromed MkIV Supra wheels on his SC300. I think it looks fantastic. It’s also pushing a little over 400 HP at the wheels last dyno run. Can’t wait to go for a ride, but the whole town is out of E85 right now.

I always feel like chrome makes it look like plastic hubcaps. But it doesnt matter because that car sounds like lots of fun either way!

He has a single enormous turbo on it. When it gets spooling it can snap your neck. It is fast from a stop, but what is really crazy is how it pulls from 50 to 100.

I’m a fan. When the air suspension is at normal height it looks even more subtle. But the exhaust and waste gate give it away. He also has big fat Mickey Thompson drag radials for the 1/4 mile track on green rims that... well when those are on it’s not a sleeper.

Yeah sorry should’ve been more specific. The owner of this one has a roommate who also has one and is a Toyota tech. They love talking your ear off about cars, Lexus and all things 2JZ. If you showed up in an SC I’m sure we could get together and they could give you the complete rundown.
