It’s a 2011 E92 328i M-sport with 46k on it for 19.5k. Great color combo, but it seems a tad expensive. So who wants to buy this and an E90 M3 and be my best friend?

I really like blue cars, it’s a shame I couldn’t find a manual blue BMW when I was shopping. Ironically, the E90 M3 made before and after mine were both blue.
I said best friend. We can still be friends, just not best friends.

All my cars are blue when I can get them. I prefer tan or cream interiors, although my Buick had a light blue leather. But I’ve never owned a BMW. I did test drive one once. So yeah, I’ll be your friend, I guess.

Apparently I like BMWs with black interiors, considering I’ve bought three of them now. I would love some color, but since I’m not buying new, it’s hard to find exactly what I’m looking for. I would have loved a bluewater metallic E92 with a red interior. Good luck finding one. It looks much better in person.

The Z4M roadster I tested was blue with a red interior. It was niiiice. The RX-8 was blue with a black interior, but it’s too damn hot in Texas to have black leather again. If I’d kept it, I might have had it redone.

I used to live in Texas, 2013-2016, and when I was shopping for the E90 I had two color requirements: not black and not red. Not black because Texas and not red because I don’t like red; the irony, notwithstanding, the fact that my 128i was red. I couldn’t find the right car with a non-black interior, so lo and behold I bought 2 BMWs with black interiors in Texas. That might have been a mistake.

The E90 wasn’t always terrible because it lived in my garage, the 128i was because it lived outside.

Oh mine was garaged at work and home. Didn’t keep me from bitching about it. When we bought the wife’s Solara in blue, we got the light tan leather. That was a life saver because it lived outside. That didn’t stop me from getting a second degree burn from the rocker panel one summer.
