Just finished my first month at the new job!
Things are going well. I absolutely love my life. It is stressful, it is challenging and it is rewarding. This is what I asked for and it has delivered.
My office is a mess, but I am getting the place dressed up, which is nice!
I drove my Honda to work last Friday. That was a mistake. Constant traffic and just useless miles. It’s a weekend toy, sadly that’s all she is for now. With that in mind, when the Bridgestone S-04 pole positions are done I will put her on some RE71r’s, because why not?

Who’s California? Never really been a fan of those but it does look good in black...
And congrats on the new position! I will be (if all goes well) out of school soon and I don’t really know what to expect, but I do hope I end up enjoying what I do and that it is rewarding and self-fulfilling, if possible.

Nice #blessed luxury reflection corner. I need to get some F1 art up in my office, oh wait my monitors have Danny Ricc, KMag, and RoGro on them all day. And my phone has Lewis on the top step in Montreal this year, probably my favorite photo of him this far.

I really like Lewis this season. Now that Nico is retired I think his mind is clearer. I say that because they had such a long relationship. Nothing against Nico, just that they grew up together and no amount of goodwill from back in the day could have kept two pinnacle athletes from turning toxic against each other

I doubt it. I think Lewis has another 6-7 years if he wants it. I think he stays for at least 4 years.
I will be so sad when he retires. Having followed his career from GP2 I have never been so invested in a sportsman. As a black guy who has watching racing since the 90s, it means a ton to have been able to watch him.

He truly has an opportunity to go down as the GOAT. With an amazing story of family, faith, and hard working determination to back him up. I will ship the hell out of his autobiography. As a lower middle class latino I identified with his incredible talent and skillfully working that talent to excel above so many people who started in the sport on a better footing.
Don’t get me wrong I think he will always be in contention for a top seat.
