No garage at all, but there was plenty of parking... But my wife wanted to look at this other house with a 1-wide driveway with the one teeny weeny garage such that you probably couldn’t even open your door. Hard pass.

Probably why the basement remains unfinished. Someone definitely set it up to be something but then stopped, most of it was sheetrocked, newer stud walls with the idea of creating two rooms were there but bare. Foundation is solid concrete so there’s really no economical way to buy 12" of additional clearance.
