Wow. “Let’s roll”, the call to action of the passengers of Flight 93, which could also be easily applied to these pilots (and so many more of our men & women in uniform) — willing to sacrifice their lives for the good of their fellows citizens — makes me so proud to be an American and gives me great hope for the future our our nation and our civilization as a whole.

Oh man, I read/watch a lot about 9/11 every year being around DC, but have never read that. I also tear up a bunch each year on this day, this was my first. Amazing story.
