They look cheap and aftermarket. Horacio Pagani is an idiot for putting them on from the factory. Modern cars shouldn’t have dished wheels.

Kinja'd!!!

I declare that the E36 M3 Lightweight is the last street car which can have dished wheels.

Kinja'd!!!

That is all.

What wheels should it have had?

Something more like the Enkei RS05RR:

Agreed. They look like something American Racing would make for bro trucks.

Exactly, they’re about one step above rockstars:

They look like RPF1 knock-offs that have been changed just enough to avoid a lawsuit.

And I think dishes wheels look terrible no matter the vintage.

The fact that you think that you think the rims shouldn’t be dished because no one does anymore only strengthens the argument for dished rims

Very nice, if only we could cure Horacio’s love of white/colored letter tires too.

No.

They ruin the otherwise clean and smooth look of the car.

They only work as racing wheels. I do have a soft spot for BBS meshes and the like.

No one does dished wheels anymore because they look like shit.

And by “no one”, I mean anyone who doesn’t drive a lowered 3-series, stanced Civic/MX-5/FR-S/240SX, or “VIP” Lexus/Acura.

If you’re going to count these or something like the Cragar SS, then I’m a fan in the right context. Those BBS’s don’t belong on a stanced MX-5 though.

I don’t like the rims but I think it’s not the dish that makes them bad, more creativity certainly couldve been used. And like I was saying, if every car has flat rims(concave or whatever it’s called) than this car can’t have it on premise alone. Obviously it will have AC and other things that normal cars have but when it comes to styling everything must be different or as striking as possible

The dish is bad independently of the wheel design, together they’re straight up offensive.

Being different for the sake of being different isn’t innovating, it’s just being a bad designer.

They just look out of place on a high end street car. They look fine on a track car.

I’ve been fortunate enough to see a few Huayras in person and I have to say in real life they don’t look bad at all. It was one of my initial criticisms as well but seeing them in person changed my perception. That being said I prefer the wheels on the BC.

To be honest I completely disagree, but that’s ok.

Also have you seen how wide those tires are? A little dish is fine for me on a car as unorthodox as that.
