I’m grilling up some fajitas!
The tortillas and guacamole are just about ready. We’re having potato salad and corn on the cob on the side.

I’m going to go the easy route and assemble dinner from pre-made components. I’ve got a package of beef pot roast, some canned veggies, and instant mashed potatoes. It may not be gourmet but it’s acceptable and quick enough.

Looks great! I just stopped by a random Korean place near me (I live quite close to Toronto’s Koreatown at the moment) as I didn’t feel like cooking, and wanted to try out Korean quisine. So I’ve ordered fried chicken with green onion:
It’s quite delicious! I’m going to eat here more often than is good for my bank account, haha.

There’s a lot of debate in Louisiana about which style is the best. My favorite is made with the leftover turkey after thanksgiving and doesn’t have ocra or tomato. That’s sacrilege not far south of here

Key points in the debate - ocra and tomatoes or not. I’m firmly in the not camp.
Ocra is meant to be fried or pickled. It doesn’t belong in gumbo.
